Digital menus for restaurants
This site hosts the QR menus that Tizo restaurants put on their tables. Diners scan the code at their table to see the menu, place an order and pay for it. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
How ordering works
- Scan the QR code printed on your table.
- Browse that restaurant’s menu and add items to your cart.
- Pay securely online. Your order reaches the kitchen once payment succeeds.
Menu prices are set by each restaurant and shown inclusive of applicable taxes as configured by that restaurant. You will see the full amount before paying.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Money for your order is collected by the restaurant you are ordering from, into that restaurant’s own account. Analytics Tower does not hold customer funds.
Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never stored on this site.
Cancellations & refunds
Orders are prepared as soon as payment is confirmed, so an order cannot normally be cancelled once it has reached the kitchen. If an order is not served, is served incorrectly, or you were charged more than once, contact the restaurant staff at your table first — they can cancel or refund from their terminal.
If that is not resolved, write to us at info@analyticstower.in with your order number and we will take it up with the restaurant. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Tizo is a restaurant point-of-sale and QR ordering service operated by Analytics Tower. Each restaurant is responsible for its own menu, prices, food and service.
